How does INFINITEā¢ share power between my trolling and starting systems?
SHARKā¢ manages energy between compatible battery systems. With suitable engine-generated power available, it boosts power from the 12V system to charge the trolling battery. Under the appropriate operating conditions, it can reverse direction to support the 12V system from the trolling battery. Power flow is controlled by the installed model and its operating thresholds.

Does INFINITEā¢ mean I will never need to recharge at shore?
No. The system manages stored energy and available charging sources; it does not create energy. Your result depends on trolling demand, 12V loads, engine run time, available alternator output, and any solar contribution. Plan a realistic daily energy budget and use the matched AC charger when underway charging has not replaced the energy used.

Can I add solar charging to an INFINITEā¢ system?
MANTAā¢ provides MPPT solar charging within compatible INFINITEā¢ configurations. The panels, controller, wiring, and battery connection must be matched to the approved system requirements. Solar output changes with panel size, shading, orientation, and conditions, so treat it as a planned energy contribution rather than a guarantee that the battery will remain fully charged.

What needs to be checked before retrofitting INFINITEā¢ into my boat?
Review trolling motor voltage and current, starting-battery compatibility, alternator capacity, existing 12V loads, component locations, cooling space, and cable routes. The matched harnesses simplify connections, but the installer still needs to verify circuit protection, mounting, and the boatās full electrical design. The CRYSTALā¢ X3 provides supported battery and system information, including charge status, voltage, and current, and connects to the supported mobile app over Bluetooth. Can I connect another SEALā¢ battery to increase INFINITEā¢ capacity?
Do not connect SEALā¢ FN4 batteries in series or parallel under the current user guide. Expansion rules for other ABYSSĀ® batteries do not transfer to this model. If the planned loads exceed one systemās capacity, have the system architecture reviewed before ordering, including any separately supported battery systems and their charging and monitoring arrangements.
